Reflow Oven with Controller V2 Full Kit

The Reflow Oven with Controller has been designed to assist hobbyists, technicians and engineers overcome the problems associated with prototype surface mount technology (SMT) assemblies. After the SMT components have been placed on the pcb, they are soldered all at once using the reflow oven.

The Reflow Controller constantly monitors the temperature inside the oven and using a PID control algorithm, tracks the reflow soldering profile ensuring components are not over heated or over stressed during the soldering process.

This kit is intended to be used with laser cut stencils of the paste layer of your board. This makes the application of the solder paste very easy and precise. Also included in the kit is a hand held solder paste dispenser for boards that do not have a stencil. For fine pitch and small components the stencil is recommended.
